PTO (Paid Time Off) Calculator

A quick application I put together in PHP and Javascript that helps you calculate how much PTO time you will accrue in a given period of time. Any feedback appreciated.

*PTO rate should be found in your companies HR material. It usually varies by the experience of years in the company or managerial positions.

Note: You may experience bugs as this is a Beta version.
